Back Home
Hey. So the first few things I noticed the moment I stepped onto American soil were:
-big, clean bathrooms,
-with separated urinals
-and hand soap
-fat people
-tipping
-coffee refills
-diversity
-sub sandwiches
-nondiscriminatory trash cans
all of which are not very common in Japan.
Also, I just found out that Evelyn Rodriguez's blog, Crossroads Dispatches, features some of my art! Check it out.

as always i love your photos and insights and words. i still feel your positive energy when i see your photos or think of you. it's truly amazing. it's been a rough month for me, and i've thought of conversations i've had with you and they've comforted me when i needed it. so thank you for being a continual friend despite the distance and time lapse in contact, i think of you and your wisdom often. take care. with love - stacey :)
